The HVAC Technician position is responsible for performing with a solid knowledge of various HVAC systems (RTU’s, VAV, split systems and the ability to replace a compressor in an AC unit and water source heat pump condenser unit, as well as diagnostic skill set), familiar with building management systems and has general maintenance repair skills (plumbing, electric, carpentry).
We are currently seeking a HVAC Technician to support our South Jersey programs (Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill & surrounding areas).

The senior leader is responsible for overseeing the assessment, development, and implementation of clinical best practices through research and data analysis, combining current practices and state of the art interventions in the field. Advocates on behalf of individuals supported, and assures programs are adequately equipped to serve and ensure the safety of those in our care and our team members.
Position Summary:
Develops cognitive based programs and provides structured group activities to person served to develop life skills and personal enrichment through meaningful activities and to meet specific rehabilitation needs. Participates in treatment team meetings, develops day program treatment goals, and maintains administrative responsibilities. Provides leadership to staff and person served in assigned group room.
