Bancroft is actively seeking an ABA Specialist/Clinical Specialist (RBT) to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization, along with approximately 45 clinicians who are graduate students accruing fieldwork.  We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.   We are looking for an ABA Specialist for our Lindens Neurobehavioral Stabilization Program located in Mt Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia).  The Lindens Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges.  The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. ABA Specialists work under the close supervision of BCBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

Laurel NJ. Bancroft schools educate students with developmental disabilities and autism from early childhood through the age of 21. The IEP team consists of behavior analysts, special education teachers, OT, PT, social work, and speech therapists who work in concert in delivering a program which fosters educational opportunities and reduces barriers to learning. The behavior analyst works closely with the classroom through a consultative model to conduct assessments, develop classroom motivation systems, and individual student behavior plans. This position will provide both direct and indirect (non-mandated) services to the students on their caseload, as well as training opportunities for classroom staff.

The clinic based program provides evidence-based behavioral assessment, intervention, and parent training in a clinically-rich environment. Each child receives services in a private treatment room with a RBT to client ratio of 2.5 to 1 under the supervision of a BCBA and a BCBA-D.   Clinical Specialists will be part of the ABA Center of Excellence, joining a team of more than 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and more than 50 graduate students working toward BACB certification.
