For Everyone.   Bancroft is actively seeking a Behavior Analyst in our Garnet Valley, PA office to support our Adult Residential Program & join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization.  We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

The Community program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience behavioral challenges.  The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support.  The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework.  The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing ABA Specialists (often BCBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.

Bancroft is offering unpaid internships open to graduate level BCBA students.   This internship will be in Bancroft's Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence.  As a BCBA Supervisee, you will have the opportunity to earn supervision hours towards BCBA or BCaBA requirements while simultaneously getting hands on experience with our population.   About the ABA Center of Excellence   Bancroft’s Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence is a team of nearly 20 Board Certified Behavior Analysts who provide world-class behavior analytic services throughout the organization.  Behavior analysts within the Center of Excellence employ their clinical skills in a variety of settings, including educational, residential, and external consultation sites.  The ABA Center of Excellence provides services to individuals who range in age from birth to senior citizen, and who have a variety of diagnoses -- including autism, other intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, and severe behavior disorders. This group of highly educated, experienced and motivated professionals works within a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive, evidence-based, and socially valid assessments and treatments.     The ABA Center of Excellence is dedicated to data-based decision making, continuous treatment evaluation, and empirical validation of interventions.  In addition to providing superior behavior analytic services, the ABA Center of Excellence strives to provide outstanding and extensive preparation for students of behavior analysis.  Through university affiliations and in-depth supervision experiences, the Center of Excellence is charged with developing prepared, innovative and motivated behavior analysts.     Finally, the behavior analysts within the Center of Excellence are thought-leaders in the field who are encouraged to contribute to the behavior analytic body of knowledge through trainings, presentations, and publications within their areas of expertise. Bancroft’s ABA Center of Excellence provides, through its quality, size and scope, a truly unparalleled professional experience for behavior analysts and students of behavior analysis.   Position Summary: Under the supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst, assists Clinical Managers in conducting, developing, and implementing functional behavior assessments for individuals served at Program site.  Observes the development, evaluation, and confirmation of clinical outcomes of behavior intervention plans and skill development goals for individuals supported. These are unpaid internships for BCBA graduate students.  The internship will be for Bancroft's ABA Center of Excellence where you will be assigned to various programs within the organization.
