Here, we draw upon our leading expertise, best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis, a home-like setting, and a team approach to help children enjoy significant quality of life improvements. We provides care to children and adolescents with acute behavioral challenges. The Lindens is activity seeking a Program Director who will  provide oversight and management for the day to day operations of the residential program.

For Everyone.   Bancroft is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Lindens Stabalization Unit.     About the Lindens Stabalization Unit   Our Lindens StabalizationUnit functions as a setting for individuals who exhibit intensive problem behaviors.  Children and adolescents living in the Lindens receive intensive residential treatment designed to maintain and generalize low rates of problem behaviors while increasing adaptive living skills such as communication, socialization and activities of daily living.
