A clinical visionary, this senior leader will oversee the assessment, development, and implementation of best practices through research and data analysis, combining current practices and state of the art interventions in the field.  Will lead cultural and programmatic change initiatives,  develop and/or refine KPI’s and outcome measures which drive and sustain services of the highest quality.  Advocates on behalf of persons served and assures children’s programs are adequately equipped to serve and ensure the safety of those in our care and our devoted staff.

Provides assistance to the Lead Cook in the preparation and serving of food to students/persons served that meets  approved quality, nutrition, health, and safety regulations and requirements.
