Position Summary:
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others. Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.

Bancroft is actively seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
We are looking for a Behavior Analyst, BCBA, for our Traumatic Brain Injury program located in Mount Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). This position will require travel to Plainsboro, Brick, and Toms River, NJ.

The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will report to the organization’s Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s revenue cycle management (“RCM”). The AVP will provide leadership, organizational and strategic direction to drive efficient, accurate and compliance revenue cycle management billing activities to maximize reimbursement. The AVP will develop and implement strategies, processes and technology to continuously improve and manage the revenue cycle at Bancroft. The AVP will also consult and work directly with leadership across managed care payers and with technology to advise and consult on key processes and resource needs to improve operations, productivity and collection rates.

Our Lindens StabalizationUnit functions as a setting for individuals who exhibit intensive problem behaviors. Children and adolescents living in the Lindens receive intensive residential treatment designed to maintain and generalize low rates of problem behaviors while increasing adaptive living skills such as communication, socialization and activities of daily living.
