For Everyone.   Bancroft is actively seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization.  We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.   We are looking for a Behavior Analyst, BCBA, for our Children’s Campus residential program in Mt. Laurel NJ. The campus program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience behavioral challenges.  The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support.  The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework.  The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing ABA Specialists (often BCBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
