We are looking for a Clinical Specialist, for our Severe Behavior Program located in Cherry Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Severe Behavior Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges. The clinic based program provides evidence-based behavioral assessment, intervention, and parent training in a clinically-rich environment. Each child receives services in a private treatment room with a RBT to client ratio of 2.5 to 1 under the supervision of a BCBA and a BCBA-D.
Clinical Specialists will be part of the ABA Center of Excellence, joining a team of more than 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and more than 50 graduate students working toward BACB certification. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

About the P&A Transitional Program:
The Pediatric Residential Program provides care to children and adolescents with acute behavioral challenges. The program specializes in providing these individuals with Applied Behavior Analysis based intensive residential treatment designed to minimize problem behaviors while providing them assistance with activities of daily living. In addition, we proactively help our clients develop their independence and participate in social and recreational community activities. We are activity seeking a Program Manager.
We are looking for a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) for our Severe Behavior Treatment Program located in Cherry Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Senior Behavior Analyst serves in a leadership role providing direct supervision of clinical cases. Ensures valid and timely functional analyses and treatment evaluations are completed to develop effective, long-lasting, and generalizable treatments for clients served in the program.
