Bancroft is actively seeking an ABA Specialist/Clinical Specialist (RBT) to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization, along with approximately 45 clinicians who are graduate students accruing fieldwork.  We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.   We are looking for an ABA Specialist for our Lindens Neurobehavioral Stabilization Program located in Mt Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia).  The Lindens Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges.  The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The clinic based program provides evidence-based behavioral assessment, intervention, and parent training in a clinically-rich environment. Each child receives services in a private treatment room with a RBT to client ratio of 2.5 to 1 under the supervision of a BCBA and a BCBA-D.   Clinical Specialists will be part of the ABA Center of Excellence, joining a team of more than 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and more than 50 graduate students working toward BACB certification. The clinic based program provides intensive behavior analytic assessment and treatment services within a specialized environment with a high staffing ratio. The Senior Behavior Analyst serves in a leadership role providing direct supervision of clinical cases. Ensures valid and timely functional analyses and treatment evaluations are completed to develop effective, long-lasting, and generalizable treatments for clients served in the program.
