Position Summary:
Develops cognitive based programs and provides structured group activities to person served to develop life skills and personal enrichment through meaningful activities and to meet specific rehabilitation needs. Participates in treatment team meetings, develops day program treatment goals, and maintains administrative responsibilities. Provides leadership to staff and person served in assigned group room.

Bancroft is actively seeking an ABA Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization, along with approximately 45 clinicians who are graduate students accruing fieldwork. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
We are looking for an ABA Specialist for our Community Services for Adults (CSA) programs located in Camden and Burlington Counties, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). CSA serves adults, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who may experience a variety of behavioral challenges. The programs provide community-based residential, day habilitation, and employment services across the two counties. Services are provided within structured day programs, community volunteer and employment sites, group homes or apartment settings. ABA Specialists work under the close supervision of BCBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

We are looking for an ABA Specialist for our Lindens Neurobehavioral Stabilization Program located in Mt Laurel, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Lindens Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges. The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. ABA Specialists work under the close supervision of BCBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.

About Bancroft's NeuroRehab Program:
For those requiring supervised living, Bancroft NeuroRehab offers an array of residential group homes and apartments in attractive communities throughout central New Jersey. Services include customized supervision, access to social, recreational and spiritual activities, behavioral programming and more. We provide transportation to and from day programs, outpatient rehabilitation services, medical appointments and community activities.
