The Severe Behavior Transition Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses who have undergone successful assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, but are not yet ready to return to a less intensive program. Services are provided in a specialized environment that consists of classrooms with one-way observation mirrors. Based on the severity and intensity levels of their problematic behaviors, children are supported by either one or two technicians while the Special Education Teacher provides individual and group instruction.

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist, for our Severe Behavior Program located in Cherry Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Severe Behavior Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges. The clinic based program provides evidence-based behavioral assessment, intervention, and parent training in a clinically-rich environment. Each child receives services in a private treatment room with a RBT to client ratio of 2.5 to 1 under the supervision of a BCBA and a BCBA-D.
Clinical Specialists will be part of the ABA Center of Excellence, joining a team of more than 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and more than 50 graduate students working toward BACB certification. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
We are looking for a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) for our Severe Behavior Treatment Program located in Cherry Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Severe Behavior Treatment Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience severe behavioral challenges. The clinic based program provides intensive behavior analytic assessment and treatment services within a specialized environment with a high staffing ratio. The Senior Behavior Analyst serves in a leadership role providing direct supervision of clinical cases. Ensures valid and timely functional analyses and treatment evaluations are completed to develop effective, long-lasting, and generalizable treatments for clients served in the program.
