Bancroft is a leading service-provider for those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for motivated Direct Support Professional, for our NeuroRehab program, located in the surrounding Cherry Hill, NJ area, that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Brain Injury Specialists must have a strong desire to work with people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

About Bancroft's NeuroRehab Program:

For those requiring day services and/or supervised living, Bancroft NeuroRehab offers an array of residential group homes and apartments in attractive communities throughout southern New Jersey. Services include customized supervision, access to social, recreational and spiritual activities, behavioral programming and more. We provide transportation to and from day programs, outpatient rehabilitation services, medical appointments and community activities.

Positions Available

Full-time and part-time Brain Injury Specialist positions are available in Cherry Hill, NJ area.  Day, evening, and overnight shift schedules available.  Weekend availability is generally required.

Position Summary:

Bancroft NeuroRehab in Cherry Hill, NJ and Surrounding areas provide 24 hour services for patients in need of therapeutic rehabilitation as well as those who need to focus on functional skills, social interaction and community re-entry. Our programs provide structured programming centered on activities and recreation to help our individuals regain functional abilities, vocational, daily living skills and overall quality of life.  Our Brain Injury Specialists must have a strong desire to work with people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License in the candidates’ legal name and current address.  One year minimum driving experience. License should be in good standing and free of restrictions.
• Minimum of six months related work experience OR completion of a Bachelors program in a related degree (Psychology, Social Work, etc.) OR current enrollment in a college program in a related degree
• Current, Non-Provisional Driver’s License in good standing
• Ability to successfully clear a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check is required

Desired skills:

• Aspiration to work with neurologically challenged individuals
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or neurological disabilities preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
