    Bancroft is currently seeking a Sr Admissions Coordinator.


    Position Summary:
    Provides and leads daily oversight of Bancroft Admissions Department activities. Ensures that overall admission
    targets are achieved in accordance with budgeted census and revenue. Delivers guidance and training for
    Admissions Coordinators and collaborates effectively with Sales/Customer Relations team to promote various
    Bancroft programs and services.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    1. Serves as lead organization admission representative and provides guidance to Bancroft’s Admissions
    Coordinators in communicating with a variety of referral sources; e.g., case managers, school districts, social
    workers, insurance companies, discharge planners, human services organizations, trust officers, families, etc. to
    achieve annualized census goals. Facilitates necessary actions to effectively build and develop solid relationships that convert to admissions.
    2. Assists in the development and implementation of Admissions department policies, procedures and protocol.
    3. In collaboration with Sr. Director, develops and implements the annual Admissions operating budget.
    4. Provides guidance and training to the Admissions team on full range of Bancroft programs and services; e.g.,
    therapeutic interventions, evaluation and assessments, residential, and supported employment programs, day
    treatment services, professional evaluations and consultations, specialized healthcare supports, etc., to referring
    sources. Ensures cross-training of Admissions Coordinators.
    5. Leads on-site tours of various Bancroft facilities, as necessary.


    • Education & Experience:
      High school diploma or equivalent required with a Bachelor’s degree in a related professional field preferred.

    • Minimum of five years of related human services/behavioral healthcare experience required, preferably with outpatient

    • Healthcare reimbursement experience, working specifically with admissions, billing and
      collections preferred.
