    Bancroft is currently seeking a Financial Analyst.


    The Financial Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information and related business analytics and metrics to provide management with decision making tools and assisting with the development of the annual budget, rolling forecast and five year plan.  This position reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.  This position interacts with all levels of administration and operations in a collaborative team environment.



    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related field
    • 5-10 years of progressive responsibility. 
    • Not-for-profit industry experience preferred.
