    Bancroft is currently seeking a Compliance Audit Specialist.


    The Compliance Audit Specialist is responsible for supporting and aiding in the implementation of Bancroft’s Compliance Program. The Compliance Audit Specialist works with the Director of Compliance in the planning and execution of compliance reviews and activities.


    Essential Responsibilities:  

    • Performs compliance monitoring and audits of billing, coding, reimbursement and documentation related to all program payers.
    • Prepares reports of compliance audits and reviews as requested.
    • Develops compliance training materials and performs ongoing compliance training throughout organization as necessary.
    • Conducts periodic reviews of HIPAA privacy compliance throughout organization.
    •  Assists in conducting internal compliance investigations and compiling reports related to such investigations.


    Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year compliance, regulatory or audit experience. Certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred.
