Bancroft is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Childrens Residential program on our Mount Laurel, NJ Campus.
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for daily timekeeper functions and schedule generation/maintenance for assigned Program through proficient use of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Scheduler applications. This position oversees all aspects of scheduling, staffing and timekeeping. Duties include create and maintaining daily staff schedules,including ensuring that the Program is fully staffed for the work day/week, backfill any unplanned vacant shifts for that day and future scheduling of coverage for the planned scheduled absences.
High School diploma or GED required. Experience in Kronos Timekeeper/Scheduler applications and work experience with day-to-day timekeeping and scheduling operations required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment necessary. Must we willing and able to work a rotating schedule on holidays.
