    Bancroft is currently seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department in Cherry Hill, NJ.

     

    Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation.  We provide a full continuum of highly effective services, including special education schools, vocational training, day and residential programs, both on-campus and in the community, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services.  We provide services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for leading and continually improving the end-to-end talent acquisition process at Bancroft, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the current and future staffing needs of the organization, with committed and engaged team members.  Key responsibilities include:

    • Forecasting staffing needs and developing both strategic and tactical solutions to increase the talent pipeline
    • Developing excellent trusted-advisor relationships at all levels of the organization and serves as the subject matter expert for the recruitment function  
    • Leading a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners to develop creative, innovative, and aligned recruitment strategies
    • Assessing and continually improving workflow and system processes
    • Creating and fostering partnerships with colleges and diverse professional organizations
    • Responsible for the recruitment key leadership talent

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years full life recruiting experience in a high volume environment required.  Experience in human services or healthcare industry highly preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years prior experience managing an in-house talent acquisition team required.
    • Experience utilizing passive candidate sourcing, including social media, cold calls and other leading-edge strategies.
    • Working knowledge of advanced applicant tracking systems required; familiarity with iCIMS preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative, team-first approach essential
    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field required.
