We are currently hiring motivated Advanced ABA Associate for our South Jersey/CHOP based Consulation Service program. The Advanced ABA Associate provides daily care to our residents in their home and/or community setting. We are looking for Advanced ABA Associates that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Advanced ABA Associates must have a strong desire to work with individuals of all ages with autism, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or traumatic/acquired brain injuries.
About the Consultation Service Program:
Our Consulation Service Program provides evidence based treatment for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors in their community, hospital, school or residential setting. Consulation Service team members collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and overall quality of life. The program utilizes a client-centered approach, which emphasizes active participation by the family, in an effort to keep the supported individuals in the least restrictive environment possible.
•Our Advanced ABA Associates provide direct support to children, adolescents and adults through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. They work in partnership with Behavior Analysts and other stakeholders to develop and monitor treatment plans.
•Advanced ABA Associates provide assistance with daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, personal hygiene, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
•The Advanced ABA Associate provides personal care and supervision, actively participating in the life growth of each individual. They will promote daily independence while helping individuals achieve personal goals.
•Advanced ABA Associates will be responsible for resolving problem behavior situations and providing intervention while adhering to Bancroft’s quality standards for safety and approved crisis techniques.
•The Advanced ABA Associate will provide progress reports for individuals as required. They will maintain effective communication and develop professional relationships with service recipients, their parents, guardians and other family members, and health care providers.
• Bachelor’s degree Psychology, Social Work, or related field along with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or neurological disabilities required.
•Must be available to work weekdays, with flexibility on evenings and weekends. This position requires an ability to respond to assigned cases within 24 hours and on-call rotation.
