Bancroft is a leading service-provider for those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

 

We are looking for motivated Brain Injury Specialists for our NeuroRehab program located in Brick, NJ that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Brain Injury Specialists must have a strong desire to work with people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

 

About Bancroft's NeuroRehab Program:

For those requiring supervised living, Bancroft NeuroRehab offers an array of residential group homes and apartments in attractive communities throughout central New Jersey. Services include customized supervision, access to social, recreational and spiritual activities, behavioral programming and more. We provide transportation to and from day programs, outpatient rehabilitation services, medical appointments and community activities.

Responsibilities

Bancroft NeuroRehab in Brick, NJ provide services for patients in need of therapeutic rehabilitation as well as those who need to focus on functional skills, social interaction and community re-entry. Our programs provide structured programming centered on activities and recreation to help our individuals regain functional abilities, vocational, daily living skills and overall quality of life.  Our Brain Injury Specialists must have a strong desire to work with people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.

 

Bancroft is hosting a Walk-In Interview Day 

 

Date/time: Thursday, May 21st  10am - 1pm

Location:  1201 Rt. 70 West , Brick, NJ  08724

 

Current Openings:  Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions for our Residential & Day Brain Injury Program.  Day, evening, and overnight shift schedules available.  

 

Available shifts: Full-time, part-time, and per diem, weekend availability is generally required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Current, Non-Provisional Driver's License in good standing
  • Six months related work experience, or, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program are required
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental and neurological disabilities preferred
