Bancroft is currently seeking a Onboarding Specialist/Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR Team.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will work as part of Bancroft’s Talent Acquisition Team within the Human Resources Department. This role is responsible to ensure all new hires are 100% in compliance with all pre-boarding requirements by applicable deadlines. Regularly communicate with new hires, Talent Acquisition Partners, HR team members, Occupational Health, third-party vendors, regulatory bodies, and others throughout the organization. Based on overall workload and the needs of the team, the Talent Acquisition Associate will also take part in day to day recruitment activities and assist recruiters with screening candidates, organizing reports, taking part in recruitment events and other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position located in our Employee Center in Moorestown, NJ.
Salary Range: $24 - $26/hr
Education & Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent; Experience in a previous Talent Acquisition function may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Special Skills:
Strong organizational skills, a positive customer service approach, initiative, and ability to multitask and regularly reprioritize to meet changing needs and workload demands. The ability to effectively work with deadlines and effectively manage stress is an essential element of this role. Intermediate computer skills, to include standard office applications such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets or other similar platforms. Valid driver’s license required in incumbent’s legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
