Our Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence is a team of nearly 20 Board Certified Behavior Analysts who provide world-class behavior analytic services throughout the organization. Behavior analysts within the Center of Excellence employ their clinical skills in a variety of settings, including educational, residential, and external consultation sites. The ABA Center of Excellence provides
services to individuals who range in age from birth to senior citizen, and who have a variety of diagnoses, including autism, other intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, and severe behavior disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and coordinates the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for persons servedat specific Program site.
  • Conducts, develops, and implements functional behavior assessments for persons served at Program site.
  • Develops, evaluates, and confirms clinical outcomes of behavior plans to ultimately ensure a functionally­sound behavior plan as needed for persons served.
  • Coordinates and creates agenda for family and funder contact.
  • Coordinates health care and behavioral needs. Responsible for training and mentoring and monitoring staff on care delivery.
  • Leads IDT process and responsible for timely documentation. Advocates on behalf of persons served.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • with a minimum of six months experience in Human Services or related field required.
  • Inprograms where the incumbent is required to serve as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), oneyear of experience is required.
