Position Summary:
The HRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing HRIS data reporting across Bancroft’s UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) environment and iCIMS environment. This role ensures the accuracy and usability of data to support strategic initiatives, compliance, and organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with iCIMS and UKG’s reporting tools, including Business Intelligence (BI), Workforce Management (WFM), and People Analytics.
● Serve as the go-to resource for HRIS reporting needs and requests across Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits and reconciliation efforts within the UKG system.
● Translate business needs into functional reporting solutions using UKG’s Cognos-based tools and reporting modules.
● Develop and automate reports to support compliance requirements (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA, etc).
● Create reports with bursts or subscriptions to simplify the auditing process for specific data for
● teams across the organization.
● Support data migration, testing, and validation during system updates or configuration changes.
● Collaborate with HRIS, Benefits, and Talent teams the systems are optimally configured for
● accurate reporting (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Benefits, iCIMS).
● Document reporting procedures, data definitions, and best practices for internal use.
● Train users and other stakeholders on leveraging UKG reporting tools and understanding data outputs.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HRIS reporting with at least 2 years in a UKG environment.
● Proficiency in UKG Pro, UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos), People Analytics, and Workforce
● Management modules (Dataviews, Custom Reports, Datahub).
● Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
● Understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance reporting.
● High attention to detail with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business

The current hiring range for this position is: $56,000- $67,000
