Hourly Rate: $18.95/hr- $24.27/h
Position Summary:
Provides receptionist services to guests entering OneBancroft, and provides various clerical and general administrative support services to the Executive Assistants and other departments as appropriate. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience handling administrative clerical activities in an office setting preferred. Minimum of 2 years administrative/clerical experience required.
Special Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills required, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external contacts. Familiarity with computer operations and associated software preferred. Operative knowledge of a human resources management system for data maintenance, report generation, etc., also preferred. Valid driver’s license required in incumbent’s legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
