Responsibilities

This position is responsible for collaborating on the development and implementation of organizational talent acquisition strategies. This includes creating both strategic and tactical solutions for a sustainable talent pipeline, improving recruiting processes, and working with various departments and HR team members to meet current and future human capital needs. Additionally, this role involves leading the Talent Acquisition Team, including sourcing, attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager also has personal responsibility for recruiting leadership and executive talent. 

 

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency, exceptional candidate experience, and support for organizational growth.
  • Build high-impact talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand through strategic partnerships with colleges, community organizations, professional networks, Marketing, and external agencies.
  • Gather, analyze, and report key talent acquisition performance indicators to internal stakeholders regularly. Use internal and external data to inform talent acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including Service Line leaders and hiring managers, to assist with recruitment efforts. Travel and work at off-site program/department locations as needed.
  • Maintain a contemporary knowledge base to utilize the latest recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and tools. Identify future talent pools through various networking avenues.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and participate in employment events, such as career fairs and networking events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other key stakeholders to coordinate contracts and placements of media, social media, job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
  • Manage relationships with staffing firms to support hard-to-fill and niche roles
  • Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition Team, offering ongoing training, development, and support to maximize their capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Oversees onboarding strategy and execution to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation and ensures adherence to internal and external standards

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-life recruiting experience in a high-volume environment required. Experience in the human
    services or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience directly managing a talent acquisition/recruitment team. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies required.
  • People management expertise and desire to develop the next level of leadership in the organization.
  • Experience with standard business software as well as various ATS systems: iCIMS, UKG, Workday preferred.

  • Knowledge of a human resources management system for data maintenance, report generation, etc.,
    preferred.

The current hiring range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000
