Bancroft is currently seeking an Executive Clinical Director for our Education Services. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services, including special education schools, vocational training, day and residential programs, both on-campus and in the community, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services. We provide services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Executive Clinical Director for Education Services is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that directly impact operations, activities, and assigned staff of program sites within direct areas of responsibility. This position is ultimately accountable for and ensures maximum provision of care to persons served regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.

Responsibilities:
Education:
Graduate Degree in Education, Psychology, Nursing or related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of ten years of related experience to preferably include a minimum of three years operating in a management capacity. A minimum of five years of experience working with people with disabilities and neurological challenges required. Principal Certification preferred.
