Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.
We provide a full continuum of highly effective services — for people of all ages and every level of abilities — based on best practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, group home and apartment programs both on-campus and in the community, short-term behavioral stabilization services for children, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services. The Case Coordinator works collaboratively with Bancroft program leadership, clinical staff, Finance staff, with guardians/family members and external case managers/funders to ensure that individuals served, and individuals accepted for admission, meet and maintain funding eligibility for Bancroft services

BNR Case Coordinators will maintain smaller caseloads and are additionally responsible to:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of related experience in case management and family advocacy required.
Special Skills:
Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form required. Effective and proven ability to prioritize, multi-task; management skills required, as well as flexibility and adaptability. Ability to assess situations, problem solve and delegate tasks. Effective interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic math skills required. Operative knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel spreadsheets preferred. Valid driver’s license required in incumbent’s legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions
