Bancroft is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department.  

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Bancroft, including sourcing, attracting recruiting, screening/interviewing, and on-boarding employees to our organization.

  • Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process.
  • Identify diverse, top-level talent within the organization’s primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on-line resources and professional associations.
  • Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process.
  • Lead recruitment for corporate and clinical departments, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field required
  • Prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills required
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
