Overview

Bancroft's ABA Center of Excellence is actively seeking a Clinical Director to join our behavior analytical team working with adults with behavior disorders at our Lakeside Campus in Woodstown, NJ!

 

About the Lakeside Campus:

The Lakeside Program serves adults, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges. The program is largely campus based, providing residential and vocational services in one setting, but also serves individuals in a growing number of satellite community residences. The Clinical Director will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of operations, habilitation, medical and behavioral services.  

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director provides clinical direction to the program and ensures effective and efficient clinical processes.  

  • Manages a team of Behavior Analysts and ABA Specialists to oversee all assessment activities and treatment planning for individuals supported.
  • Directs the coordination of behavioral and other clinical programming.  
  • Ensures the quality of training and mentoring of staff on delivery of services. 
  • Advocates on behalf of individuals supported.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.  PhD in a related discipline desirable.
  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification required 
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development 
  • Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience necessary
