As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential Program, you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life.

Bancroft’s community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring in Delaware and Lower Merion Counties including Broomall, Bryn Mawr, and Bala Cynwyd, PA. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who: 

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in caretaking or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
